Miway increased my policy by 43%

This time of the year, for the past 7 years I would get an email indicating that policy has been renewed and every year they would increase my policy way around 10%. This year they did the same and then decided to increase my excess from R1000 to R4250 on my vehicle. After calling them they said they would re look my policy. They then brought my excess back to R1000, but increased the premium on my vehicle by 43%. This vehicle was only added to my policy 5 months ago. So when you a valued customer and you have a low claim history and this is the way they repay me.
