Miway-increase of premiums and excess

When I took insurance cover with Miway ,my Excess were as follows building cover R600, Home contents R600, Vehicle 1 R2000, Vehicle2 R2000 and premiums was R1234.00. Now when i want to make a claim ,i noticed my excess was increased as follow Building Cover R2200, Home Contents R1500, Vehicle 1 R4250, Vehicle 2 R4250 and my premiums have increased to R1444.00 about 20%. Looks like I have to look for a better service provider.
