Miway incorrectly increasing premiums
Miway increased my insurance premiums a few days after joining them , and without my knowledge or any discussion . I called a few times and no one seems to know how to fix . I keep getting told the issue has been escalated but one gets back to me . Not acceptable.

24 Feb 2025, 09:26I ended up being the one calling again. and still, after holding for a long time, got told it has been escalated( which is the same feedback I got each time I called), and that anyway, I will be debited the incorrect higher amount tomorrow.
