Miway impresses again - Refilwe Mwanza

My debit order for end of October did not go off my account, although there were and are funds in my account. I received an SMS that my debit order will go off on 17th November. Yesterday, 11th November, a much smaller debit went off my account. I used the wonderful Miway App and chatted to Refilwe Mwanza, who advised me that due to a system error, the debit order was split in 2. She assisted with changing the new debit date from 17th to tomorrow. Refilwe is an asset to Miway, she is very friendly and efficient and I am loving having the Miway App for quick chats when I need information or assistance.
