MiWay Ignoring my claim since 09 March 2024
I logged a claim back in March 9 with them, I was assisted with a claims assessor by the name of Vuyo Veliso. I tried to call him with no success so was my email to him requesting feedback. I spoke to another guy (amongst many agents I spoke too) who stated that a certain person should've called already and my claim is approved. Yet till this day no feedback whereas they continue to take their premiums. I am terrible disappointed as they came highly recommended.
