Miway ignoring my claim application!

Almost two months ago we contacted Miway regarding a claim application for an accident we were involved in. We have sent countless emails and called and have been told repeatedly that they would get back to us but they have not. Our vehicle is damaged and needs fixing but they are simply refusing us service. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a while now and have never defaulted on payments - yet I am being denied the service I am charged for every month!
