MiWay ignoring me for months

8 months ago one of MiWay's clients crashed into my car. I have sent them all documents required and evidence that is wasn't my fault and there was nothing i could do to avoid it. Eventually they said they would settle my claim but only at 60% and I must pay 40% of their clients damages because i am party responsible and wasn't vigilant enough. I have requested a detailed report on the repairs done to their clients car because the night of the accident and on the police report there was no damage. Upon closer inspection i have noticed they are charging for things on the complete opposite of the car and part not even closely relating to the accident, so now I am paying for their clients overall car fix that wasn't even related to the incident. About two months ago i have requested a licence from them for their client because the night of the accident she couldn't provide the police with a license, its been two months that im being ignored, im sending numerous emails to various email addresses but MiWay is just completely ignoring me and i don't know what the next steps are.
