MiWay ignoring claims

Been struggling for 3 months to get my claim processed through MiWay after one of their clients drove into me while I stopped at the red light. **Not my fault in the slightest**

First up, they will not respond to any mail if you do not meet a whole list of requirements (Sketch, 2x quotes, photos, certified ID, registration documents Etc..). No one will even reply and say; "Hey, you still need this" or "please send this", nothing at all, just ignore you.

Then when I finally figured it out the got back to me with a payout of R9409.00 with both my quotes being more than R38000, so what was even the point of getting these quotes!

When I queried the amount, they argued it would be best for me to "write off" my only car and accept a R3900 payment,

I can't even buy a wheelbarrow and a donkey for that amount!

Now I've tried to be reasonable and negotiate for any better amount with the manager "Lebogang" but no, just being ignored.

Today I got a call from their sales rep trying to sell me insurance, while my claim is being ignored!

MiWay is quick to sell you insurance but won't pay out a claim. Worst insurance ever!
