MIWAY IGNORANCE AND NOT MEETING CUSTOMERS NEEDS

I CALL MIWAY ASKING FOR CONFIRMATION OF COVER DOCUMENTS AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE THEM SHORTLY AFTER THE CALL AND ITS NOW 4 DAYS AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED EVEN ONE PAGE, YET THEY DO NOT MISS A DEBIT DATE WHEN THEY TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT... SIES MAAN!!!!
