MiWay, If I was only rating the operator, I would give 5 stars however I’m rating a 3 stars to raise a serious concern about the driver assigned to me. He appeared unable to operate a manual vehicle properly, stalling the car multiple times and spinning the wheels on an incline when leaving the venue. This left me feeling extremely uneasy throughout the ride home. Please ensure that all drivers are properly vetted and demonstrably competent at driving manual vehicles. The car now feels off, and I would like to make it clear that any resulting repairs will not be my responsibility.
