MIWAY HOW I HAD TO WAIT 28 DAYS FOR CLAIM!!!

I think we can all agree that when one takes out insurance regardless of what insurance, a person takes it for in an event of loss you wont be disadvantaged and put under financial strain in anyway. That you will receive friendly, efficient service to insure that you do not bare the financial burden that often comes with a loss.

Well at least those were my feelings. I was wrong with Miway, where nothing went my way, I waited 28 days from time from time of accident to get an answer on my claim.

Being the nice person I am I gave them the benefit of doubt that maybe this process of a claim takes this long, so I asked around. Outsurance claim was finalized in 48 hours, in 48 hours client knew what was happening and could act accordingly.

How one company can take 48 hours and another 28 days! is beyond my me.

I don't feel that I have been let down I have been let down! Can I ask if you think its reasonable to wait 28 days for an insurance claim responds? Regardless of the circumstances do you believe for someone who works with their car to be out of work for 28 days because of his insurance? Had I been told a day or two after my accident that Miway insurance is still going to take a whole month to try to find a way not to pay out, I honestly would have made alternative means. I received communication that the assessors report would take two to three working days, this was not the case. I'm not fighting with your processes or findings but is it right to be made to wait 28 days for a claim responds. I was just sharing my experience so I am not sure what exactly this someone is meant to assist me with.
