MiWay House Contents cover

Good day. I called Mi Way on Friday the 25th of January 2019. I spoke to Palesa who tried to assist in every possible way. We were in disagreement regarding my house contents insurance then she forwarded my call to Vusimuzi Gumede. Mi Way is deciding not to cover my house contents anymore because I live with two people who are not related to me which I find it extremely ridiculous. I am the owner of this house. It is not my decision to live MiWay "those are your rules" therefore I need a refund on all premiums paid relating to my house contents. I didn't come to a conclusion with Vusimuzi Gumede as he hung up on me (this is unacceptable) therefore I still don't know where I stand regarding my policy as to whether I'm still covered or not.
