MIWAY horror

I don't even know where to begin. Someone bumped from the back while standing stationary at the robots on the 1st of April and I claimed immediately. MiWay sent their assessor weeks later to assess and came back with an inadequate report. The panelbeater ordered the parts based on that report only to find more parts were missing. 3 months later I still do not have my car!! No one is taking responsibility and I have been stranded for 3 full months with an infant. I have called them numerous times, complained and been promised assistance and still nothing. The panelbeater is also useless and in the meantime, my family and I suffer! I am livid. This company refuses to assist me in any way, just cheap lip service and empty promises for 3 montha and counting
