MIWAY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been waiting for my claim (C***)to be approved but MIWAY has been giving me very bad service, the quotation to repair my vehicle is R21 000.00 but MIWAY is only willing to pay R11700. I have submitted my claim 2 months ago but still, I have to run after them daily reminding them about my claim I have been waiting but still no service. I can't accept this because the shortfall to pay the service provider is too much. MIWAY has been just been horrible, I am still waiting for them to sort out my claim that was forwarded to Victor N****eni on the 30th of July 2020 still have not been processed claim number C***.MIWAY is very good at BAD service and it is BAD with customer relations.
