Miway Home desk -Mediocre service

The service from Miway home desk is mediocre the service consultant Dolly Moshoana closing claims without any explanation whatsoever… I have attempted to reach out to home insurance desk on numerous occasions and unfortunately I was advised they are unable to transfer calls. And they promised to return my call which never happened.

The service rendered is very poor and shows no sign of improvement in customer service.
