MiWay Helpful

I wanted to make some changes to my new policy and I was struggling to do it by myself online. I sent a message on their chat widget and I spoke to Kitlano Cawe. Kitlano was very helpful and talked me through the process and made the necessary changes on MiWay's system as well. I am so glad that I managed to handle it in this way as I dislike having to deal with people on the phone. So far I am glad I switched over to MiWay.
