Miway help - pathetic service

<p>I forgot my house keys in Middelburg and I called miway help to check if they could assist me open, the consultant confirmed that its a service I'm covered for, great. Placed initial call at 12h12 now 14h53 still waiting. Should have been assisted within an hr. *** can't even leave coz the locksmith is on his "way". I have 4 times since?????Hairs at dispatch promised to get back to me 70mins ago</p>
