Miway hell

Miway is bull****,every time I have to claim there is always a hurdle,my car blew the water pump on Sunday and was leaking. I lodged a claim om Monday 01st July2024 for mechanical warranty and even now no reply. No body bothers to call me and my claim has been forwarded to a third party Motorite with horrible reviews. I need the car tomorrow to fetch my children from my hometown but upto now noreply. I am the one who is calling them left and right. They must indicate timeously whether they pay or not so I can pay myself and mindu the money does not even surpass 5000,if it were more I would understand. I think this is were our road ends,cnt be subjected to this mideocre service for this long. I have to shop for alternative.
