Miway have poor service shame!!!

I am struggling to get hold of miway telephoncally and last week I chatted with Abel Khati on the app when I put the claim and he said the claim department will contact me even today, I am still waiting. It seems like miway dont care about the clients. The claim was for dent and scratch I dont see that part on the App. I wonder what would happen if is the main claim, if they struggle with the minor dent and scratch.
