Miway have hidden clauses, no transparency and poor services

I am a client of miway I used my brother's car who is also a client and I was bumped by the third party from the back and claim was submitted on the bases that the third party said he will repaire the vehicle and Miway said I should activate the claim if the third party do not repaire the vehicle. Today when we contact them they provide other clause that I dont know and failed to refer me to the contract they told me if the damage is less than their excess is not their baby even when the third party is involved. Why then the Vehicle is insured? Miway is poor guys and since Buhle informed me I will get a call from kgotso shortly and I am still waiting. Guys please dont think about insuring your items with miway you will get lot of excuses.miway we dont have a choice but cancel you and I regret to recommended my colleagues, family and friends to opt for you, but I will advise them before it is too late.
