MIWAY HAS YOUR BACK: VERY HAPPY CLIENT

Today I spoke to a Miway representative by the name of Phemelo Khunou who helped me a great deal with an issue I had regarding my premium. We were on the phone for nearly an hour and it was well worth it. I loved the option given to me by the voice-over that Miway can pick up the cost of the call by automatically returning my call once I chose the option and my airtime balance was happy about it too. Phemelo was very patient and genuine which I appreciated a great deal. He made sure that I was comfortable and happy. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was a happy client during the call and after it ended. I have been a Miway client for many years and I strongly feel that this is where I should stay. It feels good to be rewarded for your loyalty. Phemelo represented Miway very well and he did a good job to persuade me to let Miway continue having my back. I AM A VERY HAPPY MIWAY CLIENT.
