MIWAY Has Taken Everything From Me because I'm a young BLACK WOMAN WHOSE ONLY TRYING TO MAKE ENDS MEET

I was involved in a car accident on the 9 May 2021 claim number is C***. I'm claiming via 3rd party and I did not have any insurance on my vehicle the MiWay , the client(Sibusiso Senosi) I was involved in a car accident with admitted that he was wrong but when he submitted the claim to MiWay apparently he ****. Sibusiso was on the phone and skipped the robot them collided with me. I've been going back n forth with MiWay regarding this matter provided 3witness statements attesting to what happened and they say that they are declining my claim because there are details witnesses can't attest too like the colour of their clients car and where was it damaged and time of day the accident happened,these people are witnesses how on earth are they gonna remember all of that. The gentleman that I have been having back and forth with is Mr Kubeshnee Naidoo, the emails I've been getting from him has been saying that their refute remains because witnesses can't attest to the things they ask them and he then escalated the matter to management which did not make a difference because they are still saying the refute remains. Mr Kubeshnee Naidoo asked !e for a footage from the Sasol garage to prove that the robots were working and I could not provide it because it only ends up at the circumference of the garage and doesn't not extend to the streets., I've begged him and told him this was a gift I got from my parents at the age of 21 and it's the only thing I own mind you their client stated that First help can tow my vehicle away and now MiWay is saying they are not paying for storage fees. Miway does not want to compensate me because I know my vehicle will be definitely written off. I've lost everything I'm just a student and just found a job, I earn 5000 how on earth will I be able to buy another car.Ive said too many times in every email I'm not wrong I can get more witnesses this accident happened less them a kilometre away from home and most people can attest to my statement and there is also the police statements that can prove that I was not wrong.

Miway insurance you guys are nothing but *****.. Trust ne when i say i will make a noise you will listen to me and you will hear me. I shall post on every social media platform and let thsm know how I've lost everything from beeging and trying ro reason with you. Im even willing to take a lie detect to prove my innocence. I know my rights as a consumer and SHALL make noise, i will reach out to the ombudsman and contatct the department. I see how you are undermining me due to age and race, let me tell you something thing I'll never let this go im so sick of people of power undermining us who are out here just trying to make a living. You stated that you were going to contact me Tuesday morning which is today, how could u be so cruel. On the 11 of August 2021 I sent an email to management provided by Kubeshnee Naidoo the e-mail address is Marietjiej.co.za pleading my case till this day I never received any feedbac. Believe me when I say I will make noise and you will hear me. It makes no sense that because his your paying client his not even the main member of the insurance. Believe you !e the God I serve will not let my tears go in vain you shall do the right thing it can go on for years. I'm willing to go through any measures I don't mind taking a lie detector test anything to prove my innocence but trust me when I say tears of the innocent are never unnoticed to the Lord, justice Will prevail. What zmiway insurance is doing is utter bull**** they never even called !e to get the side of my story to see if it collaborates with any of the things I've been saying, this insurance is the worse I pray it suffers. You have destroyed too many of innocent people's lives and I won't let you put my name on that list.From Staff to management you are too ***********.
