C*** I don't like the way miway is handling my claim, the guy who came to my house 09-05-2023 was very unprofessional in handling this case.

I always had a peace of mind knowing that I'm covered in case of any accident, but at the moment is opposite as myway is the one that is victimizing in this time of disaster.

No sense of sympathy or comfort, the way they asking questions that we never being asked while joining the policy. Our policy started 30 November 2022 and we never being asked what was the kilometer when u purchase a car in 2017, we only gave the current km when the policy started.

We never being asked the tracker report of the car since it was purchased.

The accident happened on Saturday 29 April 2023 morning in Limpopo while going to the funeral with one of the family member, when we hit by the drunk Driver. Miway is not even interested in the accident case, but they wanna know who fuel the car when I leave Gauteng on Thursday 26 April when I travel with my kids and my sister. Bank statements are required.

At this stage we are being intergoranted, and asking information of even before the policy started.

We paid for the policy since 30 November 2023 not knowing we we gonna be victims we have to claim, at this moment we regret even considering myway as our insurance.
