miway has somehow found a reason not to pay for my vehicle that they themselves have writtten off

Myway are at it again. After I have paid them over R100k in 3 years for vehicle insurance they have refused to pay for damages on my vehicle.

My vehicle was in a collision with another vehicle, on a national road. But somehow Miway are washing their hands clean telling me that I must try SASRIA.

When friends warned me that with Myway; if I ever put a claim, it shall not be paid. I thought it was not possible; why wouldn't they? It turns out, they can always find a reason not to pay. When they sent me their refusal to pay for the damage on my car, they didn't even bother to tell me where my car was. I had to be the one going to them to try and find out where my vehicle was since they took it.
