MiWay has not Paid my Claim

On 12 December 2015 I was involved in a car accident, prior to this I was insured by MiWay. At the accident I called MiWay and sure enough they sent a tow truck to tow the care to the salvage yard. I then lodged my claim. A few days after the accident the assessor, Wikus Kruger, came to the accident scene to validate my calim. After this I received an e-mail from MiWay saying that the car was a write-off and that I should provide them with the spare keys, registration papers and a settlement letter. After giving MiWay the document they then requested proof of previous insurance wherein I was noted as a regular driver. I also gave them the documentation, however I was told by Wikus Kruger that the documents were \not enough\" to prove that I was a noted regular driver. It was on this basis that MiWay elected to repudiate my claim.<br> <br> My complaint in this matter is that MiWay has arbitrarily repudiated my claim without a clear basis for doing so. I have been communicating with MiWay for the past 2 months and I have lodged an appeal against their decision. I feel that I am being unfairly prejudiced by MiWay, as I currently do not have a car and that I had to foot the bill for towing. "
