Miway has made it easy to get in contact with their client services through WhatsApp
Miway has made it easy to get in contact with their client services through WhatsApp. I had a challange with my car not starting and I simply said hi on their WhatsApp and a gentleman by the name of Tebogo responded and further proceeded to call me. I would like to compliment Tebogo for the outstanding service he provided me with. Not only was he fast but he also displayed in depth product knowledge. Most importantly he showed empathy for my situation and ensured that he communicated constantly, follwed up on the progression of the service and checked up on my well being until the matter was resolved.
