Miway has it their way!!!

I have been insured with Miway for two years not even one premium missed.I get a shocking annual review increase and I call them immediately to dispute. I get transferred to Thabiso Letsoela who was very helpful and gave me a new reduced premium.He said he will send me the policy schedule same day which I only received a day after and was increased by R300 from what we agreed upon to I called into dispute.I was on hold and told a consultant will call me back this was yesterday morning .Now today a consultant from retentions Paballo Mphahlele calls me to for my query and gladly explains that my premium is R60 less from what Thabiso gave me and all the excesses are the same, He then send me the schedule which is R200 more than what we agreed on.Now how can it be that one Insurance company can give their client 4 different premiums in a space of one week.Whats really going on??? in terms of consistency and honesty ??? Having questioned this Paballo makes me an offer with the increased premium of R200 from February after two discounts for two months,So what happens to what we agreed upon???Is this offer meant to just shut me up as my disputes are long term based?I am extremely frustrated and I dont understand whats happening really!!!!
