MiWay has been great since I first changed insurance providers and switched across to them! They are friendly, professional, very helpful and prompt with everything and they make every effort to be as informative as possible. I recently had to put through an insurance claim, which I was able to do directly on the App, I had approval for my claim within minutes and assistance was provided almost immediately. Yesterday, I contacted MiWay to add something onto my policy, and I had the great pleasure of dealing with a wonderful man named Shakiri Masango. He was so friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for him! What a fantastic asset he is to MiWay! Thank you Shakiri and MiWay!
