Miway has a very bad service, Ask me I'll tell you
Miway is ******** people. I just joined their insurance package and I'm already experiencing this. Policy number: ********** 4 . Because of the fact that I used their online platform to request a quote, my premium was suppose to be R381.59 a month. They captured my address wrong to their system, completely different to what I had put online. So I logged in for an online chat with Zandile Gumede to rectify this, to my surprise my premium has gone up now and is R405.44 REALLY MIWAY? Just because I asked you guys to rectify my address I must pay more because of your mistake?
