Today it was my first positive great experience ive had with MiWay insurance

Got stuck due to Mechanical error and when i made a call to MiWay it was answered by a very helping lady who made sure that a an appropriate tow truck as per my request was dispatched to tow me home and during the waiting she gave me feedback on how long th truck was and she even went tracked them for me giving me heads up on how far are they, she was never rude like any other consulatants out there, the truck got to me on time and they dropped me and my beautiful car home safe and after that she did check on us if we were safe

This is the kind of stuff all insurances should have on the call centres
