I had a flat tyre at 6am, I logged on to the MiWay app, and logged the request. Literally, Notokozo Sibeko called 10bseconds after I logged the request, asked me how I was doing, was I safe where I was parking... Etc The location of my car was confirmed, and later spoke to the service provider to confirm my details.
Ntokoko kept on calling to keep me update on eta, the service provider arrived in time.
