MiWay- great value, amazing customer service!!

I received a call from MiWay offering to beat my existing car insurance premium. They beat my existing insurance premium by a mile- R400, after being patient with me ensuring that I am comparing apples for apples. After the quotation process I spoke to a gentlemen from sales by the name Silindile who was extremely helpful and willing and able to truthfully answer any question that I had. Today I called in to make a query on my policy and spoke to Palesa Kele who was again so friendly and so helpful. I never had to wait on the call for extended periods of time, MiWay even called me back in order to take away the cost of the very short and sharp phone call. I would really like to complement MiWay on great customer service and I really look forward to my relationship with them. Well done and congratulations on a job well done!!
