I called to take out cellphone insurance on my device and the service was great. I spoke to a lady named Lungile who assisted me quickly and was very friendly. She then referred me to a senior consultant to check if I could have my policy payment amount reduced since I had been with them so long without having had a claim. The gentleman's name was Mpho. Mpho helped me reduce my policy payment amount and was polite, swift and helpful.
