Miway - Great service

I would like to compliment Papa Ndlovu from Miway for the great service. I discovered a billing error on my policy where they were deducting an extra R455 for a car I had already ensured. Initially I was irate and just felt ******. But his professionalism, patience and understanding in resolving this issue really impressed me. He made sure my issue was attended to by the relevant people and kept me updated which I really appreciate. Keep it up!
