MiWay Good Customer Service

<p>I'd like to compliment two of MiWay employees, MADUVHA AND NATO (Supervisor), for the excellent service they provided me yesterday. We had misunderstanding with quotation of car insurance I’ve updated on MiWay website. They requested to give me a call back, within few minutes they phoned me and everything was sorted. They sent me updated documents instantly. I was so so impressed with their service.</p> <p> </p> <p> They were so calm and professional. I didn’t doubt to cancel my current insurance and sign up with MiWay.</p> <p> </p> <p>I understand now when they say: “MiWay we do things your way” They really mean it.</p>
