Miway, gone are the good days.

I got a quote on 22 January 2025. The quote was a bit less then Naked, and Santam, however, the sales person advised me "I need to install a tracker" whereafter i said no thank you. I have had insurace previously with miway, never was this a requirement, neither does santam require one, outsurance nor naked, she couldnt care less and put the phone down. Thats nice hey? Your agents just dont care about business, where is the days miway had a app where all could be done online, no bull****, no fuss - here comes Naked with a nig bang, and im fully insured in 3mins, no calls, all on the app, minimum excess R1300pm. So, the story does not end here. Later the evening i received the quote via email - YOUR AGENT PUT MY DAYTIME PARKING SUBURB COMPLETELY WRONG IN? JUST MADE IT UP OR WHAT?????? I LIVE IN KNYSNA, WESTERN CAPE, I DONT THINK A HYUNDAI CRETA HAS EVER BEEN HIJACKED OR ****** HERE SINCE THESE CARS EXIST. Your Agent put in, Daytime parking Johannesburg? What the hell? So my car drives 13 hours everyday to work? This is disgusting. I made it clear my work adress is 3km away from home adress both in Knysna Westerncape. I sent a email to complaints, not a word. Info@miway not a word. I even sent my naked policy. Not a word. I ask that you review this quote, and send me a updated quote via email with the correct information, i can always cancel what i just took up with naked and join miway.
