<p>My insurance premium was renewed and I was not happy about the new premium and felt like leaving MiWay. Luckily Thapelo Masinga assisted me and went the extra mile to assist me with my issue. It was resolved within minutes and I recieved friendly and very professional service from Thapelo. Thanks Thapelo because of you I am still with MiWay.</p>
