MiWay going beyond the extra mile
I called the call center on 04.09.2015 at 11:40. Dikeledi answered my call.<br> <br> She was polite and very friendly. This immediately made me feel at ease and made me know that MiWay is customer service orientated. <br> <br> She informed me about the bonus points using the online system, guided me and stayed online until I made the changes online.<br> <br> Super friendly, super helpful and damn does she know her products.<br> <br> Well done MiWay<br> <br> Well done Dikeledi<br> <br> Another satisfied customer whom feels he was treated with the utmost VIP treatment
