Miway glass claim

I phone miway today the lady that was helping me with my claim for my car window claim was very un patience rude and did not want to help me I had to phone back 3 times to get the assistance I needed after 6 years of being a miway client I've never experience this type of behavior this is my 1st claim ever I'm very disappointed in the department that deals with glass claims Miway need to work on there peoples skills
