MiWay giving false information

<p>I was in an unfortunate accident this past Friday, and was expecting to get the same great treatment MiWay has made me accustomed to. On Friday evening after the accident the agent who phoned me told me that a rental car will be available for me and she can put me through to the correct department. I was busy at the time and told her I will call them myself at a later time. Today after recieving a call from MiWay I wanted to confirm a rental car to get back to work only to be told that it is not included under my policy. This is terrible deception from MiWay and really makes everything surrounding the accident even worse. It's bad to see when a company like MiWay goes from treating you like a person to just a number. Even after contradicting themselves.</p>
