MiWay genuinely is a wonderful company. Prompt, clean and just absolutely polished. The phone call I had with Noluthando Ngcobos, blew me right out of the water. This young lady is the pinnacle of what customer service should be. In fact, what I experienced was not just customer service, it was client relations because she developed a connection with the customer. Clear voice, vibrant, energetic, fluent, efficient, genuine and just absolutely incredible. This (and the premiums) is what makes MiWay stand head an shoulders above other insurance companies.
