Miway gave me peace of mind in a very stressful situation

My car broke down at a busy intersection this morning. It was a stressful situation as I could sense the frustration of every driver who had to squeeze pass my car. But the experience was made better by Miway - specifically, Bheki Sebegoe and their supplier.

I logged the incident on the Miway app and within a minute or two, Bheki had called me to arrange roadside assistance. He told me it would take 30 minutes for the tow truck to get to me. It took 15 minutes.

The guy who came to tow my car was also great - skillful and reassuring.

Bheki did not just assume the job was done, he called to make sure it was done and to my satisfaction.

I have been with Miway for many years and they haven't once disappointed me. Thank you Miway and thank you Bheki and the tow truck guy whose name I can't remember now.
