Miway fraduently using old clients information to open new policies
I had a policy with Miway which i cancelled in January 2020, today i received a message to inform me that my policy is active and premium will be deducted on the 25 November 2020, what surprises me is wo gave them an authority to activate a new policy without my knowledge? and they also got a debicheck to be approved without my permission, i contacted my banker and they found out that its a *****, they advised me to lay a complaint with the ombudsman which i am going to do. i want answers as to who opened a policy without my consent and who gave you a deduct my money? i want all the recordings
