Miway for sure not what they promise

I had vehicle claim after I bumped my vehicle. 1st I had an additional excess fee of R3000 that I never know whould exists for not hitting another car but I accept it as my fault. I took my vehicle this morning in for repairs, now I need to wait for someone to arrange a courtesy vehicle (so I am stranded until a courtesy vehicle can be arranged - I pay monthly for the service). Okay so I could not give my vehicle in because I don't know when and if I will get a courtesy vehicle. I will not be stranded like last year wherw I needed to walk 20km home. I paid half of my excess alteady R3500. Miway is for sure the same as my previous insurer Discovery Insure. The service suck. Ohhh quote was not even including everything

Thanks someone try to phone I was offloading my vehicle with heavy things in my hands so could not answer. Then someone phone while busy with someone else feom Miway. I have car hire on my policy now I need to negotiate (pay follow Avis rules. Fueling up, cleaning vehicle and pay R2000 refundable deposit that will only be refunded after +- 15 days). Who can afford excess fee and Avis fees. Why do insurance then give car hire as an option if we deal mainly and pay for car hire to Avis and policy. My vechile was bumped on 8 September 2023 soon we are at 8 October 2023 a month later and my car not fixed. I paid R3500 excess alreadyand I have a feeling with my schedule I may not get car fixed in next month because I go in time with hair apointments, laywer meetings etc. I consider getting after this claim a new insurer. Who is another question. I am past disappointed.
