Miway finds any excuse not to payout claims!!!!!

<p>I have joined Miway going on 2 years now. It has been my first claim with them, and has been the worst claim experience that i have faced thus far. The Case dockets have gone missing and they use that against me to pay my claim. I have done the neccessary and opened a case, i have obtained a case number and it is not my responsibility to look after the case documents at SAPS. Please take this up with SAPS Miway. Dockets going missing is not not responsibility or fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly, I was asked by SAPS not to tamper with the recovered evidence, which was given back to me, thus my claim was done over 30 days from the incident. I am an ordinary individual who has no expertise in these matters. This is not my profession, thus i have followed the advice given to me by SAPS. I reported the matter and opened a case immediately. </p> <p> </p> <p>Miway, please put yourself in my shoes. I am really disappointed by how this has been handled and the turnout of this matter. I will make it my priority to badmouth Miway via all platforms possible, to ensure that others don't go through the same frustration that I have gone through.</p> <p> </p> <p>Biggest mistake that I have ever made....was changing to Miway!!!!! I will be cancelling my cover with you!!!!!</p>
