MiWay Fantastic Service

About just over a year ago we changed to MiWay, best decision ever!!! The call centre agents are friendly. Normally you would expect to wait quite long when calling a call centre, but every single time we called, our calls we answered promptly. A few months ago, we had an unexpected break down in peak traffic, MiWay assisted my husband, and within less than an hour he was sorted. We have used the take me home service a few times, WOW! What an amazing experience, they were prompt and friendly, and my family’s safety was their NO.1 priority. Last weekend we went on a family vacation to Langebaan, and my son locked our car keys in the boot. This would have ended our vacation, but luckily, we were with the best insurance around. Within 2hours we had our keys. The follow up service is fantastic! You genuinely feel like your wellbeing is important to them, you not just a number with MiWay. Changing to MiWay was the best decision we ever made, and I have been an ambassador for your company ever since. Insurance is like that one thing that you must have, and really don’t benefit unless tragedy happens, but with the lifestyle benefits offered by MiWay, we feel like we always have someone that has our backs, we feel safer, we feel valued, we feel important.
