Miway False cover for Theft and Hijack

I was led to believe that I was covered for theft and hijack after installing cartrack and submitted all required documents to Miway. After few month when I checked with Miway, I was not covered for theft and Hijack. Im told it was suspended pending documentation I have already issued to them by car-track.So if my vehicle was ******, I would be sitting with debt as Miway did not cover my vehicle. If I knew what I know now, I would not have agreed on any cover with Miway.
