Miway false advertising

Miway phoned me and told me the would pay me R400 if they could not beat my current insurance premium. after the lengthy wasted time on the telephone they cold not offer me a cheaper insurance premium. I have sent them multiple emails with no response at all. I am being ignored. As well I would like to mention that another insurance broker actually approached me with the same offer of paying me R500 if they could not beat my insurance quote. they could also not beat this quote but at least they honored the payment for taking up my time.
