MiWay failure

Someone bumped my car from behind. I went to the police station and registered the accident then proceeded to contact MiWay. I was then told that I will be paid out minus excess meaning i have to use my money to cover the rest of the costs. I asked them since i have to pay a portio0n from my pocket, will i get my money back and i was not guaranteed that i will so i refused that offer and advised them to get the excess from the driver that bumped my car. They reused to do so until i accept the offer meaning if they don't recover my excess its my loss. I then received a call from MiWay saying that they will not cover my car should i be involved in an accident until the damaged is fixed but they haven't assisted me in fixing my car.

I have now received an email saying that my premium will increase since I made a claim but they haven't even paid or fixed my car plus my car is still not insured for accidental damage but I have comprehensive cover.

I am very disappointed with MiWay from May until now, nothing has been done.
