MiWay failure

Around June 2022 someone bumped my car from behind. I went to the police station and registered the accident and proceeded to contact my insurance company Miway. They then referred me to a panel beater who fixed my vehicle. The problem that I have with Miway is that they are not helping me to recover my access that I paid to the panel beater. The guy who bumped me has insurance and therefore MiWay is supposed to claim from that insurance on my behalf and re-imburse me. Its been more that 4 months now ,I m sent from pillar to post. Their communication is very poor at that. They just cant tell me why are they not recovering my money. Now what is the use of having insurance but you must still pay money from your pocket as an unemployed person at that. I m very disappointed with you MiWay. Didi
